Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes and maintain up-to-date project records.
  • •Review contractor submittals, requests for information, change order requests, and as-built drawings.
  • •Measure and record pay items.
  • •Attend job progress meetings.
  • •Communicate conditions and field conflicts/changes to the Owner and work closely with team members and agency personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in water/wastewater/stormwater pumping stations and treatment plants.
  • •Experience in field inspection or construction supervision for facilities projects.

  • •Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and construction testing and inspection procedures/methodologies, including construction safety.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
