Key Responsibilities

  • •Expedite financing for time-sensitive or relationship-sensitive deals to reduce impact on customers and dealers
  • •Review documentation for completeness, flag missing or incomplete documents, and prevent funding delays
  • •Assist dealership and sales personnel with understanding Capital One Auto Finance funding policies and lender requirements
  • •Act as the liaison between dealerships and the funding team, escalating urgent deals to appropriate leadership
  • •Handle inbound and outbound calls, including de-escalation and managing multiple high-priority cases simultaneously

Salary: USD 56,800 - 64,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • •At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • •At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry
