Job Summary

Lead and oversee industrial automation transformation initiatives by managing the Business Transformation MOS and enabling standardized functional processes. Act as PM for strategic growth initiatives across the organization, champion the IA Accelerator program, and interface with corporate and IA executive leadership. Own onboarding and alignment efforts for functional excellence, deploy accelerator and global design models, and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive cross-functional process improvement.

•Implement and manage the IA Transformation MOS to support growth and transformation initiatives, including execution of Fixed Cost Power of 1
•Act as PM for strategic growth initiatives across IA
•Onboard and train PMs and align Functional Excellence; manage NDA processes, metrics/reporting, and related activities
•Lead and champion the IA Accelerator program while interfacing with corporate and IA executive leadership
•Deploy and align Accelerator Business Models, Global Design Models, and Lean Six Sigma across IA

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles
•Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
