Key Responsibilities

  • •Create accurate and detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and 3D models for municipal and land development projects.
  • •Prepare technical specifications, quantity summaries, and cost estimates for tender and construction.
  • •Complete field inspections to verify design intent, quality, and construction progress.
  • •Perform topographic surveys using up-to-date field equipment.
  • •Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and technologists to ensure project alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a three-year Civil Engineering Technology diploma (or equivalent).
  • •0–5 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in municipal or land development design.
  • •Eligibility or interest in pursuing the Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation.
  • •Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
  • •Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical requirements.
