Job Summary

Support day-to-day operations across the Reflective plant by floating between areas (material handling, finishing, metalizer, inks, and shipping/receiving) to keep production running at scheduled capacity. Train others in the department, perform OTM III duties (loading/unloading, machine cycle control, routine product testing, records keeping), and follow safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures. Help drive continuous improvement by reducing waste, rework, and unnecessary work while meeting schedules and training requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Float daily to fill vacant positions across the plant and help meet scheduled production capacity.
•Support material handling, R1/R2, finishing, metalizer, inks, and shipping/receiving, including training/learning equipment and operating the line.
•Perform OTM III tasks such as loading raw material, unloading product, controlling machine cycles, and conducting routine product tests.
•Maintain production records and logs, report malfunctions/abnormalities, and make minor adjustments and repairs.
•Follow health, safety, and housekeeping procedures; attend required training; support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
•Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.

•Must demonstrate flexibility and dependability, including being able and willing to work overtime (including short-notice requests).
•Must demonstrate proficiency with computer applications, especially strong MFG Pro transactional skills; previous forklift experience and certification is preferred.
