Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned to global enterprise objectives, identifying growth opportunities and competitive risks.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and manage enterprise account executives; provide performance coaching and drive engagement and development.
  • •Own regional forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, and deliver accurate, data-driven reporting to executive leadership.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor for major accounts by engaging C-suite stakeholders to negotiate and secure long-term contracts and ensure retention.
