Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers across the acquiring and acceptance ecosystem.
  • •Identify, engage, and develop relationships with new accounts and strategic prospects.
  • •Develop deep understanding of customers’ organizations, competitive environments, strategic priorities, and growth objectives.
  • •Lead customer presentations, business reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions tailored to business and technical audiences.
  • •Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, partnering with internal teams to deliver customer value; comply with Mastercard security policies and complete required security trainings.

  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term relationships internally and externally.
  • •Strong experience in the payments industry with a solid understanding of the acquiring ecosystem and broader payments value chain.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex customer relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • •Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders and navigate complex customer organizations.
  • •Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
