Job Summary

Manage and grow relationships with strategic acquiring and acceptance customers, including acquirers, PSPs, PayFacs, processors, and orchestration platforms. Identify and develop new accounts and prospects, build executive-level partnerships, and act as a trusted advisor by turning customer challenges into measurable business value. Lead presentations, business reviews, and negotiations, partnering with internal product, cyber, delivery, digital, and services teams to drive long-term growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers across the acquiring and acceptance ecosystem.
•Identify, engage, and develop relationships with new accounts and strategic prospects.
•Develop deep understanding of customers’ organizations, competitive environments, strategic priorities, and growth objectives.
•Lead customer presentations, business reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions tailored to business and technical audiences.
•Negotiate and execute commercial agreements, partnering with internal teams to deliver customer value; comply with Mastercard security policies and complete required security trainings.

Key Requirements

•Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building long-term relationships internally and externally.
•Strong experience in the payments industry with a solid understanding of the acquiring ecosystem and broader payments value chain.
•Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex customer relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
•Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders and navigate complex customer organizations.
•Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
