IOP/PSC Team Lead

Lead the Phlebotomy Solutions team by supporting daily operations, patient care coordination, phlebotomy services, and administrative workflows. Oversee quality assurance and audit support, run regular checks on specimen documentation and communication logs, and ensure compliance with specimen handling protocols and EMR documentation. Supervise, mentor, and develop phlebotomists across designated locations, manage supplies, and partner with field sales, clinical operations, and compliance to resolve issues. Cover clinics as needed and travel up to 50%.
