Job Summary

Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies for TikTok LIVE in Japan. •Support live streaming activities, including reporting for agencies and talent management companies.
•Manage goals and KPIs and perform data analysis; create manuals/guidelines and conduct workshops as needed.

Key Requirements

•Experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a diverse and international environment.
•Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
•English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions.
•Experience in live streaming and B2B sales/new business development is preferred, including building and managing a team from scratch.
