Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical interface between engineering teams and suppliers for repair parts, components, and modules, covering both new parts and transfers.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers for proactive quality management via early supplier involvement, design reviews, and design for manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
  • •Ensure timely delivery of required deliverables and documentation (e.g., statement of work, proto evaluation reports, test coverage documentation, first article inspection, MFLOW, PFMEA, and customer acceptance tests).
  • •Manage material quality notifications and deviation notices, and resolve part quality issues using problem-solving techniques.
  • •Support supplier development through operational excellence, improvement actions, audits, and continuous improvement plans; monitor supplier KPIs and drive TSM activities (e.g., supplier account team technical section, technology roadmap, supplier profile audits, and new supplier selection decisions).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics/Robotics/Systems and Control, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Experience with quality systems and methods (e.g., six sigma).
  • •Experience engineering toward production processes.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in your field of expertise (electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics).
  • •Ability to initiate, influence, and take decisions, with strong communication and networking skills.
