Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.
  • •Resolve technical variances between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger and ensure RBNI reports are accurate and automated.
  • •Investigate and resolve stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (manufacturing/execution systems/WMS).
  • •Define and maintain cost elements and overhead allocation rules to ensure accurate COGS reporting and inventory valuation.
  • •Configure systems for DCAA and GAAP requirements (including cost-plus and fixed-price contract accounting) and evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with regression testing before production.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred), with DCAA and CPFF contracting experience a plus.
  • •Deep understanding of transactional accounting, including receipt accruals, landed cost management (LCM), and work-in-process (WIP) costing.
  • •Hands-on experience leading development with Oracle or SAP, and understanding the interplay between CRM, MES, WMS, and ERP.
  • •Ability to write SQL queries for reconciliation and experience using OTBI for financial reporting.
  • •Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and translating these requirements into ERP system settings.
