Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain coating/production equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Conduct operational preventative maintenance, perform maintenance with hand tools and instrumentation, and address intermediate-level alarms.
  • •Perform basic quality control procedures and monitor process parameters/alarms via equipment computers and control panels.
  • •Monitor process data (including SPC) and make decisions based on procedures to maintain process control; recognize conditions requiring escalation.
  • •Support training/on-the-job training as certified, run approved tests with cross-functional teams, and ensure materials inventory and proper waste disposal for the next shift.
