Job Summary

Advise and partner with individuals and small businesses to uncover financial needs and recommend products that support their financial wellness. As part of the branch team, you’ll attract new clients, deepen relationships with existing customers, and meet individual activity and sales goals. Handle account openings, support teller-line transactions as needed, ensure compliance and documentation, and collaborate with branch and line-of-business partners to drive referrals and growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities.
•Attain individual activity and outcome goals through sales-driven conversations and recommendations aligned to client needs.
•Open and support personal and business accounts and lending products, including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Build partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; support branch operations including teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
