Investment Operations Manager

Lead the Investment Operations function on a key program migrating customer policies to a new policy administration platform. You’ll act as the first point of contact for project activity, creating detailed requirements, test scope, and impact assessments, and presenting for senior business sign-off. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage service issues, guide team deliverables, and provide strategic input that improves how fund administration processes are executed.
