Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders by relaying information and coordinating meetings for upcoming issues or rollouts.
  • •Coordinate scheduling by understanding mill/shop capacity and tracking hot due dates and ship dates.
  • •Learn and improve shop flow by identifying bottlenecks and offering solutions, including partnering with supervisors on ECR and labor target issues.
  • •Review BOMs and drawings, submit ECRs for approvals, and manage ECR-related parts ordering and BOM/labor standard updates.
  • •Facilitate packaging plans, understand order/program scope, schedule 1st article and virtual meetings with records, and support project management and scheduling using Epicor and related reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or GED is required.
  • •1+ years of custom store fixture (or similar) manufacturing experience.

  • •Must be able to work independently while multi-tasking.
