Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex pricing analyses to support global pricing offers and strategic deep dives for product lines, regions, or distribution channels.
  • •Design and execute scenario modeling, client segmentation analyses, and competitor pricing assessments to inform pricing business cases and recommendations.
  • •Collaborate with distribution, product, investment, finance, legal, and operations stakeholders to gather inputs and align on recommended pricing approaches.
  • •Create pricing recommendation materials (memos and supporting analyses) and support approval/delegation processes for moderately complex pricing decisions.
  • •Contribute to pricing governance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including enhancements to pricing processes, analytical frameworks, and decision tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate analysis into actionable insights.
  • •Experience conducting competitor and market analysis using tools such as Morningstar and eVestment; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • •Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise takeaways for senior stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
