Key Responsibilities

  • •Create varied, high-quality template designs for the Japan community.

  • •Collaborate with asset creators to develop supporting illustrations and design elements.
  • •Manage creator template quality with the Creator Template Review Team and keep designs on-brand.
  • •Write creator briefs and use AI tools to create templates at scale for Japan; partner with the Design Lead to manage freelancer designers and meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Graphic, Brand, or Visual Designer across digital and print marketing.
  • •Strong interest and understanding of Japan-specific design trends and styles.
  • •A portfolio demonstrating clean, elegant, beautiful design.
  • •Strong craft in hand illustration, typography, color, conceptual graphic design, and layout.
  • •Comfort using AI tools in your design workflow and writing clear creative briefs for other designers.
