Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers, assist the supervisor, and direct the work of employees.
  • •Communicate with supervisors to ensure proper vehicle flow and maintain log records for each vehicle moved and its lot location.
  • •Coordinate schedules and assignments for crew members; serve as lane leader on sale days and stage lease lanes and pre-sales correctly.
  • •Transport and shuttle employees, vehicles, and auction personnel to and from the auction, parking lots, dealerships, and customer locations according to schedule.
  • •Lead safety and daily operations by performing routine van maintenance, modeling safety behaviors, monitoring work volumes and staffing levels, and driving performance improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination; 5 years’ experience acceptable).

  • •Demonstrated ability to follow safety and health procedures.
  • •Clear pre-employment drug test requirements.
