Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance in port-area equipment such as ship unloaders/loaders, forklifts, conveyor belts, and alumina/bauxite transport and loading systems.
  • •Inspect and maintain feeders, scrapers, filters, exhausters, compressors, and industrial dryers.
  • •Replace mechanical components including steel cables, bearings, motors, reducers, couplings, and pumps.
  • •Perform cutting, welding, and calderaria activities in the port area.
  • •Conduct mechanical alignment/adjustments on rotating machines, maintain alumina loading/transport systems (including blowers and air-slides), and perform mechanical maintenance at height and on industrial braking systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, and/or related fields with an active CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos Industriais).
  • •Availability to work on a 6x3 shift schedule and/or administrative schedule.
  • •Desirable: experience in industrial maintenance.
  • •Desirable: basic knowledge of Office (Pacote Office).
