Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely handle, secure, and transport items with or without equipment to support flight vehicle operations.
  • •Maintain transport equipment, perform general maintenance on mechanical components, and follow corrosion prevention programs.
  • •Receive, stock, issue, and kit parts and materials; store items in defined locations and maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts.
  • •Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, correct part numbers/quantities/revisions, and conformance with paperwork and work order intent.
  • •Use shipping knowledge and an electronic MRP system to determine routes/methods and route parts/components to the proper departments.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing (shipping & receiving), material handling/transport, or receiving inspection.
  • •Experience moving/hauling/pulling materials using forklift/SkyTrak, heavy equipment, tractors, trailers, or cranes.
  • •Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs unassisted) and perform physical work including standing, lifting, and carrying.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
