Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver timely and accurate reports, dashboards, and data insights for Commercial Banking, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Lead development and strategy for dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions using BI tools; manage workload distribution and provide technical guidance.
  • •Perform hands-on development and support for Commercial Bank applications, including electronic form configuration and formatting with integrated AI capabilities.
  • •Support production migrations, post-go-live updates, and end-to-end production support for dashboards and Microsoft Power solutions.
  • •Lead UAT and provide liaison/incident management support with IT; maintain automation workflows and create test scripts, release documentation, and deployment activities.
