Job Summary

Manage and scale employee giving and volunteering programs for Ripple’s Impact team across global offices. Administer Ripple’s CSR software (donation matching, fundraisers, volunteer pages), drive participation through education and internal communications, and partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate opportunities. Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteering, support nonprofit and academic partnerships, and track participation and impact metrics, with travel up to 20–25%.

•Administer CSR software, managing global employee matching donations and building fundraisers and volunteer pages.
•Drive employee participation by creating and implementing internal education and communication strategies.
•Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate volunteering opportunities and manage regional nonprofit and academic partnerships.
•Plan and execute in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities, tracking and reporting participation and impact metrics while traveling to office locations (20–25%).

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement in a fast-scaling global company.
•Direct experience managing CSR platforms, ideally Deed or similar tools like Benevity, including donation matching workflows and vetting processes.
•Experience managing collaborative programs and using data to identify, capture, and synthesize insights.
•Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, Communications, and Workplace to drive program adoption and cultural alignment.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a bias for action mindset to manage complex logistics.
