Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Finance, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Insurance teams to set quarterly strategy for data platforms and financial workflows.
  • •Identify and socialize technical initiatives that increase the effectiveness of products, systems, and teams.
  • •Coach and guide engineers in planning experiments and projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • •Contribute code each development cycle to advance team impact and improve reliability.
  • •Lead incident response and drive improvements to system resiliency and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,600 - 215,000 annually

  • •8+ years as a software engineer with a track record of delivering large-scale data and financial systems
