Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Finance, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Insurance teams to set quarterly strategy for data platforms and financial workflows.
•Identify and socialize technical initiatives that increase the effectiveness of products, systems, and teams.
•Coach and guide engineers in planning experiments and projects aligned with strategic objectives.
•Contribute code each development cycle to advance team impact and improve reliability.
•Lead incident response and drive improvements to system resiliency and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,600 - 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years as a software engineer with a track record of delivering large-scale data and financial systems
•Proficiency in Python, Terraform, SQL, and Spark
•Experience building large-scale finance, payments, and commissions systems
•Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams
