As Host - Arabic Language Specialist at One&Only Mauritius, you coordinate with resort departments to turn guest wishes into action, manage daily itineraries, and ensure exceptional service. You act as Brand Ambassador, handle guest preferences, arrange spa/dining bookings, and respond quickly to incidents, delivering personalized experiences and ensuring guests depart with lasting memories.

Key Responsibilities

•To schedule minimum 1 meeting per day with guests, at the guest's preferred time and place to go through the itinerary of the day and of the next day, to get feedback, requests/changes, and others.
•To use the company smartphone as communication tool (own personal devices are not allowed).
•To share guest preferences with all colleagues and to ensure that they are actionable and reasonable.
•To assign guest amenities based on preferences.
•To always action incidents within 15 minutes.

Key Requirements

•The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
•The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the same role in an international ultra-luxury resort.
•Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
