Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of end-to-end delivery excellence for exchange crypto wallet products
  • •Serve as product owner for product design, implementation, and live deployment; coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design
  • •Define and evolve product vision and overall strategy for tokenized assets initiatives
  • •Lead product initiatives for tokenized assets including tokenized equities/bStocks, deposit and withdrawal flows, and asset distribution
  • •Understand customer challenges, ensure user experience and security, and monitor feature effectiveness with data-driven recommendations

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant project and/or product management experience in complex system integrations
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
  • •Experience with financial or payment products, including reconciliation and channel integration; blockchain-related experience preferred (tokenized securities/RWA is a plus)
  • •Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage projects and keep them on schedule
  • •Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with global partners and stakeholders
