Key Responsibilities

•Shopify/DTC site work including product creation, pricing, image loading, category/tags/metafields, and launch readiness.
•DTC customer service duties via Gorgias and email, including returns and discounts.
•DTC marketing tasks such as loading email content into Klaviyo.
•Wholesale channel responsibilities including creating collections in Shopify and Faire sync, and preparing linesheets.
•Drop ship wholesale activities and use of MiraklAssist for order/product integration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 16,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
•Experience with content, product, and inventory management.

•Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels) and strong copywriting/editing skills.
