Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete a rotational program with four 3-month rotations across engineering disciplines including drilling, completions, production/facilities operations, and reservoir engineering.
  • •Support daily operations and develop and implement field optimization strategies.
  • •Develop design basis, procedures, cost estimates, and schedules for well workovers, recompletions, and new wells.
  • •Design and optimize artificial lift systems; troubleshoot and optimize facilities and process support.
  • •Coordinate risk assessments, including HAZOP reviews and MOCs, and develop integrated models using data analytics to optimize production.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than the current employer and/or education institution.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
  • •Current level in college: Senior or Graduate Student.
  • •Expected graduation date: Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027.
  • •A minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
