  • •Lead implementation projects for new customers and embed Wordsmith into their legal workflows.
  • •Design legal workflows and automation tailored to each organization and configure the platform for real use cases.
  • •Work directly with legal teams and Legal Ops leaders to translate processes into structured workflows and AI-enabled automation.
  • •Support onboarding and early adoption, then help customers expand into additional workflows and use cases.
  • •Surface recurring requests and insights to Product and Engineering to shape product evolution.
