Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, guide, and mentor project staff and strengthen team collaboration to grow capability and capacity.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by designing and implementing initiatives that create organizational efficiencies.
  • •Manage day-to-day program operations and ensure compliance with program management processes, including EX/IM, EV, and R&O.
  • •Lead execution and expansion of program scope with a multi-disciplinary team (Program Management Office, CETs, Cross Business Teams, and subcontractors/IOTs).
  • •Build and maintain relationships with U.S. Government stakeholders and customers in the United Arab Emirates and develop follow-on sustainment strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 14+ years of relevant experience, or an advance degree with a minimum of 12+ years.
  • •Experience and technical proficiency producing complex, large-scale weapon systems.
  • •Background in manufacturing, refurbishment, and/or field operations management.
  • •Ability to produce industry-competitive cost proposals, including RFP analysis, basis-of-estimate development, and proposal review/submission under tight deadlines.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
