  • •Manage 2–4 Campaign Leads and oversee a total contributor population of ~30–45.
  • •Own workforce allocation by assigning contributors based on skill, availability, and project needs.
  • •Run weekly 1:1 performance feedback sessions and draft performance documentation with input from Campaign Leads.
  • •Take HR actions (e.g., performance improvement plans and escalations) and coordinate EOR administration (timecards, PTO, benefits questions) with HireArt.
  • •Provide domain oversight across campaigns and lead training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for new contributors.
