Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and steer end-to-end On-Demand P&L across revenue and cost levers, including scenario modeling and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • •Design and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows, ensuring timely, error-free partner invoicing and zero-debt operational targets with Financial Systems and GBS.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to build On-Demand Fintech features and automate financial workflows using modern AI and tooling.
  • •Collaborate on commercial and pricing strategy, including dynamic/fixed pricing approaches and support for complex contract negotiations.
  • •Act as day-to-day manager and coach for 2 Finance Analysts, setting performance goals and supporting professional development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting (e.g., MBB), or CFO-track roles in fast-paced tech/marketplace environments.
  • •Proven full P&L ownership, including unit economics and driving structured cost-reduction or growth strategies.
  • •Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and deliver data-driven solutions using hypothesis-led approaches.
  • •Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C), invoicing systems, and finance operational processes.
  • •SQL fluency (or strong desire to build hands-on SQL skills) to troubleshoot data discrepancies and build models independently.
