Customer Service Representative (1-Year Contract)

Manage customer accounts end to end, including order processing, tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure complete order fulfillment. Record and maintain accurate customer and order status using computer systems, while resolving complaints professionally and diplomatically. Drive service improvements to increase customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness, and proactively communicate supply chain challenges with practical alternative solutions.
