Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by catching what they didn’t know to ask (coverage gaps, discounts, renewals).
  • •Answer inbound calls from customers shopping and policyholders needing changes across auto, home, and other policies.
  • •Use product knowledge to navigate customers to the right coverage across a panel of insurance companies.
  • •Problem-solve to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
  • •Process service requests including vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
