Key Responsibilities

•Provide rapid-response floor support to minimize downtime and determine whether failures are true fails or false fails.
•Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing systems to address mechanical, electrical, and software bottlenecks.
•Support and optimize automated test equipment, including preventative maintenance on test fixtures, thermal chambers, and automated handling equipment.
•Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures in test racks, replacing PCBAs, sensors, pneumatic components, and wiring harnesses.
•Maintain records of downtime and test yields, assist with deploying new test scripts, and debug software-to-hardware communication issues.

Pay and Benefits

•High school diploma or GED.
•Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff) used to control product movement through a test cell.
•Ability to troubleshoot sensors and actuators (photoelectric sensors, limit switches, pneumatic cylinders).
•Basic maintenance experience with 6-axis or SCARA robotics (e.g., FANUC, ABB) for loading/unloading into test fixtures.
