Payment Operations Manager

Design, build, and run Monzo’s European payments capabilities as the team expands across Europe. Own Payments Product Operations in Spain while managing partner and payment scheme relationships, leading implementation and onboarding, and partnering with payments engineering and EU product teams to launch new payment systems. Build scalable back-office operations, improve customer post-launch outcomes, and establish processes to manage partner and operational performance, including SLAs and continuous improvement.
