Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, guide, and carry out Technical Due Diligence (TDD) projects within BAU scope.
  • •Support buy-side and sell-side reviews of existing properties and real estate development projects, including document review, site visits, technical evaluations, and reporting.
  • •Present and discuss TDD results with clients in German and English.
  • •Plan, guide, and carry out internal quality control for costs and reports (BAU scope).
  • •Contribute to the development of new business areas such as life-cycle considerations for real estate portfolios.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in civil engineering, facility management, architecture, business engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., completed technical vocational training).
  • •Several years of relevant experience in a similar role or in technical property management / corporate real estate.
  • •Interest in collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams across different locations.
  • •Flexible, independent, and structured analytical working style with strong communication and professional appearance.
  • •Fluent German skills and good English skills.
