Support Agile transformation by coaching delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders and enabling adoption of the One Delivery Model. Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, drive collaboration across business and technology streams, and remove impediments to improve flow, transparency, and delivery outcomes. •Coach delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) and cross-team planning.
•Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization, value-based planning, and stakeholder alignment.
•Identify and help remove organizational impediments, delivery blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
•Use Agile metrics and delivery insights to improve predictability, flow, team effectiveness, and value delivery.
