Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) and cross-team planning.
  • •Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization, value-based planning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Identify and help remove organizational impediments, delivery blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
  • •Use Agile metrics and delivery insights to improve predictability, flow, team effectiveness, and value delivery.

Key Requirements
