Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategic regional partner for hiring managers, advising on external leadership candidate market to hire top global talent
  • •Advise on position alignment, interview best practices, candidate experience, and ensure continuous candidate touchpoints
  • •Pull hiring metrics from multiple sources and communicate trends beyond requisitions across market, line of business, or industry
  • •Lead update meetings on active searches, conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, and perform reference checks
  • •Actively market map, source, and contact prospective candidates in partnership with employer branding, and present/negotiates offers

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in recruitment, with focus on Europe
  • •Fluent and excellent communicator in English and Hungarian
  • •Experience with active sourcing and attracting talent through different channels
  • •High business acumen and ability to discuss complex business models with candidates and stakeholders
  • •Use data and research to inform discussions and decisions
