Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles from one department to the next within Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Take photos of vehicles for customer visibility in vehicle spinners.
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
  • •Lift up to 60 pounds independently and be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and handle exposure to excessive heat/cold.
  • •Use required safety equipment, such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English and pass a complete background check.
