Key Responsibilities

•Assist with planning, organization, and supervision of third-shift sanitation activities.
•Train team members on procedures, safety, cleaning chemicals, PPE, and equipment cleaning.
•Conduct initial pre-op sanitation checks and help provide guidance during cleaning tasks.
•Ensure the Master Cleaning Schedule is followed and equipment is properly covered, clean, and sanitized.
•Provide leadership, motivation, and performance feedback; coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and QA.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.5 hourly

•Ensure safety and quality during cleaning around equipment with moving parts, following proper operating sanitation procedures.

•Communicate effectively and respect coworkers; take charge and lead when needed.
•Read and write English; bilingual is preferred.
