•Support boarding and deplaning by operating gate reader/scanner and jetways/bridges, conducting ticket/boarding pass verification, and making gate announcements.
•Deliver domestic/international flight documents and complete passenger service flight close-out procedures.
•Provide passenger assistance (including special assistance and unaccompanied minors), coordinate vouchers and accommodations, and follow security/emergency procedures.
