Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the delivery of HSE activities as part of an asset Safety management programme for major oil and gas operating assets.
  • •Undertake HSE assessments, support Safety studies, and develop technical HSE deliverables and engineering expertise.
  • •Review and accept contractors’ HSE plans and ensure implementation of the Project HSE Management System and contractual Security Requirements.
  • •Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities and ensure HSE procedures are followed on project scope and work sites.
  • •Coordinate permits to work and toolbox talks, job risk assessments, audits, incident/accident investigations, and incident management system action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field.
  • •10 to 15 years of experience in the oil industry with significant experience in HSE Management.
  • •Significant experience with SIMOPS works is a plus.
  • •Ability to collaborate across complex project teams and interface between interdisciplinary departments.
  • •Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
