Key Responsibilities

  • •Discover, track, and assess emerging AI capabilities and trends (GenAI, agentic systems, multimodal, retrieval, model customization, inference optimization, governance tooling, and security patterns) and translate them into business relevance.
  • •Define and evolve enterprise AI architecture patterns for large-scale generative AI, including cloud/hybrid environments, data pipelines, and MLOps.
  • •Design AI system integrations with LLMs, RAG, and agents for Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
  • •Lead rapid experimentation by building AI proof-of-concepts, validating feasibility/performance/cost, and recommending scale-up or pivot decisions.
  • •Identify high-impact use cases and quantify value while evaluating security, IP protection, privacy, fairness, and compliance; develop responsible AI standards, advise on red-teaming, and communicate executive briefings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success delivering impact in generative AI/AI models and architecture roles, including leadership contributions across enterprise environments.
  • •Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale generative AI/AI model platforms.
  • •8+ years experience across cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP), data engineering, and the full MLOps lifecycle automation.
  • •Strong command of modern generative AI frameworks and tooling (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, vector databases) plus grounding in AI governance, security, privacy, and NIST AI RMF.
  • •Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and quickly operationalize emerging AI technologies.
