Lead Loop’s newly formed Support & Stability engineering team, stewarding the highest-risk, highest-impact domains that power engineering support and system health. Key Responsibilities

•Steward critical, highest-risk domain areas—keep them clean, tested, and maintainable.
•Build measurement systems for risks using deployment frequency, commit activity, ticket volume, and failure patterns.
•Lead first-line triage of engineering support tickets: resolve what you can and route the rest with full context.
•Drive AI adoption for domain maintenance and support triage, including reviewing AI-generated work with engineering rigor.
•Run people-management fundamentals (1:1s, feedback, growth investment) and maintain sufficient hands-on technical involvement to unblock the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of engineering management leadership experience, ideally with platform reliability, system health, or critical-domain ownership.
•Build or run proactive stability or support programs (not just respond to incidents and tickets).
•Distinguish one-off issues from systemic ones and choose permanent fixes over symptom patching.
•Use AI agents as a default part of team work and explain how it changed team output.
•Have technical depth to review complex work in high-risk domains and stay hands-on when needed.
