Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the full project lifecycle, aligning delivery to client objectives.
  • •Manage contract, financial management, and project controls, including health, safety, quality and environmental management.
  • •Lead planning and communication across multiple workstreams, coordinating efforts and reporting to senior client representatives.
  • •Solve complex problems analytically and shape them into actionable solutions for delivery.
  • •Lead, manage and develop project teams or workstreams as part of larger projects or programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including project management principles, leadership, teamwork, and contract management.
  • •Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, building long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partner organisations.
  • •Problem solving, analytical and numerical skills to understand complex problems and shape workable delivery solutions.
  • •Planning, communication and organisational skills, including managing several workstreams simultaneously and communicating with senior client representatives.
  • •A degree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
