Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, consolidate, and analyse technical data for flight test preparation and ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • •Support planning, organization, and coordination of flight tests involving aircraft, UAVs, and missile systems.
  • •Prepare Test Risk Assessments with stakeholders; apply risk analysis methodologies for identification, classification, mitigation, and rating.
  • •Collaborate with the Scheduler to plan and optimize test activities.
  • •Coordinate with the Test Safety Manager to ensure safety compliance and present test programs and safety assessments to the Test Safety Board.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in aerospace, flight testing, systems engineering, or safety engineering.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and environmentally responsible practices.
  • •Practical experience in flight testing, UAV operations, or safety analysis is beneficial.
