•Translate complex enterprise needs into experiences that evolve naturally as the product matures, including conversational and agentic interfaces.
•Directly own design responsibilities across a large product surface area.
•Lead research with enterprise customers and use insights to drive product strategy.
•Author and help evolve the design system while setting and upholding quality standards with design and engineering leaders.
•Mentor designers, participate in hiring, and influence prioritization by presenting evidence for design decisions.

•Experience mentoring designers and contributing to craft, strategy, and execution.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (including GTM and engineering) and communicate to build trust up to leadership levels.
