Job Summary

Work with clients as a client-facing MS Dynamics CRM Functional Manager, leading discovery, scoping, and requirements collection to tailor and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions. Run client workshops to analyze and design workstreams, translate business requirements into application requirements, and perform fit/gap analysis. Write functional specifications, collaborate with the technical team, and prototype, configure, and test CRM business processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems.
•Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams.
•Transform business requirements into application requirements, maintain requirements traceability, and conduct fit/gap analysis.
•Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
•Prototype, configure, and test business processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong consulting skills with client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user.
•Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM across full cycles.
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer engagement modules (Sales and Customer service required).
•Good functional knowledge of the Power Platform.
•Ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
