Job Summary

Provide technical and functional support for enterprise software applications, taking ownership of diagnosing and resolving application incidents and malfunctions while maintaining SLAs. Support analysis, development, and configuration to meet business needs, and design and execute unit/integration tests, prototyping, and validation. Coordinate testing and production delivery, monitor performance and quality, and create specifications and documentation to support the technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage stakeholder and user support activities, maintaining clear communication with customers in line with SLAs for incidents and support requests.
•Own the identification and resolution of application malfunctions, providing timely responses, recommendations, and continuous improvement ideas.
•Support application analysis, development, and configuration, including assembling modules and adapting software packages for business needs.
•Design and execute unit and integration test cases, perform solution prototyping, and validate system outcomes.
•Coordinate testing and production delivery, monitor performance against quality assurance plans, support service continuity, and develop technical documentation and specifications.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in Asset Management/ERP application support.
•Experience with Oracle SQL.
•Experience in the aviation or defence industry is advantageous.
•Hold a NV-1 Defence Clearance eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations.
