Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a project management team and ensure accountability for delivery on major projects and programs.
  • •Oversee client communications and the delivery of project management services.

  • •Set strategic direction with the team aligned to the business plan; manage resource planning, financial management, business generation, training, and development.
